This Shipping and Sample Return Policy explains how DNAOM.com ships testing kits and how clients must return collected samples for laboratory processing.

By placing an order, clients agree to provide accurate shipping information and follow all collection, packaging, consent, and sample return instructions supplied with the testing kit.
